The Early Years

As a kid, I was always captivated by the magic of teamwork. Every other week, I stood in the fan section of Fritz-Walter-Stadion, cheering on 1. FC Kaiserslautern. Watching my team achieve greatness, like winning matches and even championships, showed me how much can be accomplished when people unite behind a shared goal.

That same love for teamwork carried over into my own athletic journey. I became part of an athletic team and helped build a vibrant student community around the sport. Together, we trained, competed, and celebrated our way to winning student championships.

Those early experiences sparked a deep fascination with what makes teams thrive—and set the stage for my mission to help others build their own winning teams.

Today & Beyond

Fast forward to today, I’m the founder of Ulassa, a boutique IT consulting company with a mission to create happier and more productive workplaces. Guided by my core values of appreciation, happiness, and growth, I’ve had the privilege of inspiring countless teams and leaders to thrive in their roles.

Beyond my work, I’m a triathlete, a dedicated fan of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, a proud dad, and a husband, living in the beautiful landscapes of Austria. My journey has taken me across the globe, including two around-the-world trips, and I’ve been a guest lecturer at universities worldwide since 2012. With computer-science and business degrees earned in Dresden and Sydney, I’ve always valued learning and sharing knowledge as a way to empower others.

I’ve found my “why”: to inspire people to grow and find happiness in the workplace. Whether I’m working with teams, teaching students, or creating tools and resources, my focus is always on helping others achieve their best.
